Benjamin (“Ben”) Lindeman practice primarily focuses on matters relating to residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Lindeman represents buyers and sellers of real estate throughout the state of New Jersey and prides himself on being a thoughtful advocate during complicated and challenging transactions.

In addition, Mr. Lindeman represents clients in:

  • Property Tax Appeals
  • Estate Planning (specifically Power of Attorney and Healthcare Proxies for college-age children)
  • Business Formation
  • Land use and zoning
  • Municipal court matters

Ben is an active member of the Morris County Bar Association.

Ben previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Mark Ciarrocca, currently the Presiding Civil Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County Vicinage.  He received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall School of Law, attained his Master of Arts in Education from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his Bachelor of Arts in history from Rutgers University.
