Benjamin Lindeman, Jr. joins Avelino & Hartlaub, LLP as of September, 2017.  Mr. Lindeman previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Mark Ciarrocca, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey.  Benjamin received his Juris Doctor in May 2016 from Seton Hall School of Law, attained his Master of Arts in Education from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2011 and his Bachelor of Arts in history from Rutgers University in 2007.

While attending law school he worked for two law firms assisting attorneys in practice areas that included civil litigation and real estate. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lindeman worked at Montville Township High School as a History teacher.

Benjamin is licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Union County Bar Association. He joins Avelino & Hartlaub’s Real Estate team and will focus primarily on transactional real estate and land use.
