BBrittany L. Froning is a 2014 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law. While at the University of Georgia School of Law, she was a Notes Editor on the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. During that time, Ms. Froning was also sworn in under Georgia’s Third Year Practice Act which allowed her to represent low-income clients seeking protective orders in court. Ms. Froning graduated from Furman University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology.

 Ms. Froning joined the predecessor firm, Avelino Law LLP, in 2014. Working primarily from our New York City office, Ms. Froning provides various services in the Litigation, Corporate, and Trusts and Estates departments, as well as offering experience in HIPAA Compliance and Medical Liability Litigation. Areas of practice include the review and drafting of estate planning documents, estate administration, the formation of Limited Liability Companies and Limited Partnerships, contract review, and all aspects of civil litigation. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
