Lauren Parker Nakachi is a 2004 Manhattan College graduate, a 2012 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, and joined Avelino & Hartlaub as a full-time attorney in 2012. Before entering law school, Mrs. Nakachi worked for an international non-profit organization and a financial technology firm in New York. While attending law school, Mrs. Nakachi worked as an intern for Avelino & Hartlaub, LLP.

Mrs. Nakachi is a member of the Wills, Trusts & Estates, Real Estate, and Land Use & Zoning departments.

  • Preparation and filing of all court documents required to probate wills and appoint administrators

  • Distribution of estate and trust assets to beneficiaries

  • Residential tax appeals

Land Use and Zoning

  • Residential land use applications including subdivisions, renovations, and additions

Mrs. Nakachi is very active in her community, including involvement with the Foundation for Diabetes Research and the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation.
